1 3/4 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients mix well. Add eggs, yogurt,vanilla and butter mix well. Stir in strawberries. Pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 374 for 15 minutes.
