Garlic and brown sugar chicken.
Like a pulled pork but chicken. Here with white rice and broccoli/cauliflower. It would
be terrific with fettuccine.
For 2 chicken breasts
Mix together:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ginger beer
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp corn flour
Cook on high for 5-6 hours stir occasionally. When cooked, pull chicken apart and mix with sauce.
