Cauliflower Broccoli Gratin

 Ingredients


 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded

 2 cups broccoli, washed and cut into florets

 2 cups cauliflower, washed and cut into florets

 1 Tablespoon butter, melted + extra for greasing pan.

 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

(Serves 2-4)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F.
Grease a casserole dish with butter or vegetable oil.
In a small bowl mix cheeses and set aside.
Place broccoli and cauliflower in the top of a steamer.
Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Drain veggies and place them into the greased dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, and pepper and pour over veggies, stirring to coat.
Top with cheese mixture.
Baked for 8-12 minutes
