Ingredients:
1 bottle of Ranch Dressing
4-6 pork chops (I used boneless, any kind works)
1 small packet dry Italian seasoning mix
2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
2-3 cups Dry Italian bread crumbs
Directions:
In small bowl, mix together Italian dressing mix, Parmesan cheese,
garlic, and bread crumbs. Set aside. Pour ranch dressing onto a plate.
Taking each pork chop individually, coat both sides in ranch dressing.
Place coated pork chop in bread crumb mixture, covering completely.
Continue process until all the pork chops are coated. Line a baking pan
(I used a cookie sheet) with tin foil. Place a rack on top of it (I used
a cooling rack). Place pork chops on rack and place in a preheated oven
(400) for 45 minutes, or until 160* is reached. Serve immediately!!
